Professional Learning Groups
Our team of experienced educators leads professional learning groups for preservice teachers and teachers in their 1st-5th year of service. These groups provide an opportunity to share best practices, discuss challenges, and build a supportive community. We believe that this kind of collaborative learning is essential to developing effective teaching strategies and building inclusive classrooms.

Educator Coaching
We also offer teacher coaching through classroom observation and feedback. Our coaches work with educators to identify strengths and areas of growth and provide personalized support to help them achieve their goals. Whether you're a new educator or a seasoned veteran, our coaching services can help you improve your practice and better serve your students.
Special Education Consultation
In addition to our educator and district leader services, we also specialize in supporting families navigating the special education system. From understanding what services are available to ensuring those services are established, we will walk with you through the process and assist you in making sure your child’s unique needs are met.

Meet Quiana, a passionate advocate for equitable education for all. With a diverse background in teaching special and general education across various settings—from urban to suburban and charter schools—she brings a wealth of experience and insight to the table. As a lifetime educator and advocate, she understands firsthand the challenges and inequalities within the education system and is committed to driving positive change.

Having navigated through teaching roles spanning from preschool to 12th grade, Quiana possesses a deep understanding of the unique needs of students at every stage of their educational journey. Her facilitation style is characterized by its engaging nature, offering a blend of informative sessions and empathetic support.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Quiana is also a devoted mother, further fueling her dedication to ensuring every child receives the quality education they deserve.

With a keen desire to connect with her clients on a personal level, Quiana strives to help them envision their ideal outcomes. Whether it's sharpening their interpersonal skills, crafting inclusive classroom environments, or implementing tailored support plans, she works collaboratively with her clients to establish actionable goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
